Blaine's 4th Birthday

Blaine had a fabulous 4th birthday. He had a lot of fun having a BATMAN birthday party with a few of his friends. Then Grandma and Grandpa Quist and the Uncles came over for a pizza party. It all worked out really smooth since his birthday fell on Presidents Day this year. Tyler was already off work and the other kiddos were out of school. We all were able to spend a fun day together. He once again got way too much! We now have just about every Batman toy and costume piece. He thinks it is GREAT and that is what made the day great for me too. Happy Birthday Blaine!

Valentine's Day Tea Party

Lucy and a couple of friends have a fun tradition of having a Valentine's Day Tea Party. (THANKS Ang) The girls have a fabulous time having a lunch of sandwitches with heart cut-outs, pink drinks they get to mix themselves and heart cookies. They also made some Valentine's Day crafts and enjoyed being cute girly girls together.

Jane LOVES Eating Mush

I can't believe how big Jane is getting. She is growing up faster than I can keep up. Jane started eating mush (rice cereal) this past week. Of all my kids she has had the easiest time figuring out how to get it down the hatch. Of course, no matter how well she can swallow it she still can make a big mess. Some how attacking the spoon must seem like the logical way to get more.

Lucy's 6th Birthday

I know I am not supposed to back track but since I am beginning with the new year I thought I would start with our first big event of the year January 15th, LUCY'S BIRTHDAY. She had a great time! We discussed a lot of different options for a theme for her party and she choose "Flowers." It might be the middle of winter but with Lucy it is springtime all year. (Silly girl had to cop and attitute for the photos even though she was have a fabulous time.)

A new year, a new challenge

Yes, I am finally blogging. With the new year (yes I know it is Feb) I am taking on this new challenge. I have heard this will be fablulous so I am looking forward to joining the world of blogging.
